What's your turnaround time?
After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation email. EACH ORDER IS HANDMADE TO ORDER. Please allow 3 to 7 business days or 7 to 10 during peak/holiday season (which does not include the weekends or holidays) for orders to be processed. Once your is processed, we will send your tracking information to the email address provided. Total processing and shipping time can equal up to 1 to 2 weeks after your purchase date. .
Do you offer rush services?
If you need your order within 72 hours of ordering you will be charged a $25 rush fee. No orders will be accepted 24 hours before you need the item. Please reach out to use directly before paying the rush fee. Due to high demand some times we cannot rush your order.
What is your refund policy?
Though we aim to please each customer we know we cannot. All Custom Vault items are made custom for each order and as a result we are unable to offer RETURN/EXCHANGE OPTION. All apparel sales are FINAL.
Orders returned without permission will be refused. If an item arrives to you damaged or defective please send us an email to thecustomvault@gmail.com and we will work with you to get the issue resolved. In the event a refund is granted it will be minus the shipping costs.
